My old friend Yalan opened Double Happiness in her home town on Columbus and we will be closing the circle and playing there to and our little Chicago tour with fellow lifer Mishka and long time inspiration Brad Swinsky’s band the Most Falcons. He was the drummer of the Means and set the bar for tour machine for us.

Gary is turning fifty and thats the whole reason for this little tour of ours. This place is magic and has been our Chicago base of operations for years now. They keep our music in the jukebox and they have been complete sweethearts to us every time we have come through.

Youngstown is where i grew up and it holds one of the best venues we have ever played on tour - Westside Bowl. Youngstown has had a long history of cultivating venues that are way better than they need to be and this is no exception.
